They live in community and have prayer at the center of their day. Their apostolate ranges from evangelization to spiritual formation, including spiritual direction. At the heart of their apostolate is the personal relationship, reaching out to people in their various environments and needs, with a particular care for the youth and young adults. The Gospel passage that inspires their charism most is the Samaritan woman who meets Jesus one-on-one at the well and can’t help but leave her jar and go announce Him to others right away. Samuel Group is a discernment group for young adults, ages 19-30, who meet together once a month in order to learn the tools of discernment and discover their individual vocations or lifetime call from God. Learn More The Samuel Group is available as a resource that can help religious communities and dioceses assist young adults in their discernment. We hope that it will help you ignite the hearts of young adults with a passion for serving the Lord. It is designed to be a program that will help you lead them to knowing God more intimately and understanding the ways in which He speaks in the depths of the human heart.
